Donation disclaimer
Operation Nightlight is a Washington nonprofit corporation. Our application for recognition as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) is pending with the Internal Revenue Service. Donors do not have advance assurance that contributions made while the application is pending will be tax-deductible. If exemption is approved with an effective date covering the contribution, the contribution may become deductible to the extent permitted by law.
