No guarantee of participation or funding
Submitting a business application, location recommendation, volunteer form, sponsorship inquiry, or other request does not guarantee acceptance, funding, assessment, installation, or participation.
Donations
Donations are used to advance Operation Nightlight’s charitable mission. Unless expressly agreed in writing, a donor does not obtain ownership or control over purchased equipment or program decisions.
Information about federal tax deductibility will reflect the organization’s current IRS status. Donors should consult their own tax advisers.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Operation Nightlight and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.
User submissions
By submitting photographs, location information, comments, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them.
You grant Operation Nightlight permission to use submitted materials for evaluating requests and administering the program. Public or promotional use should require additional consent when appropriate.
Prohibited conduct
Users may not:

- Interfere with website operation
- Submit malicious code
- Impersonate another person
- Submit knowingly false information
- Use the website for unlawful activity
- Harvest contact or donor information
- Misrepresent affiliation with Operation Nightlight
